This is the perfect size for my lantern. It gives some cushion for protection to the lantern and when I tighten the enclosure I just use the handle on the lantern to carry it. Looks good, practical and well made.

I have two Railroad Lanterns, a Forest Lantern, and an Outpost Lantern for camping. In needed something to keep them protected during transportation. These felt bags are a perfect fit for the Railroad and Forest Lanterns. The hanging Outpost Lantern fits but the felt bag is somewhat large for that lantern. Not really a complaint, I’m just pointing out that a smaller felt bag would fit better. Regardless, these bags do exactly what I needed them to do. Protect the lanterns from damage during transportation to my camping spots.

I got two of these. One for my forest lantern which fits perfectly and can leave the handle exposed for carrying. I use the other one for my Edison mini lantern and flashlight. I love everything I have purchased from Barebones Living. Everything shows up and surprises me each time how well made your products are.
