Barebones offers a 30-day limited return policy for unused products in their original, undamaged packaging.

This policy applies exclusively to items purchased directly on barebonesliving.com. If purchased through a retail partner or third-party seller, please follow their respective return procedures.

Email our support team at support@barebonesliving.com with your Barebones Order Number, Purchase Date, and Item(s) to Return. Once approved, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid UPS return label. We will deduct the return shipping label fee from your total refund amount.

Original shipping fees and return shipping label costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the returned items pass inspection at our warehouse.

Only one promotional coupon or discount code can be applied per order. Percentage-off discounts, free shipping codes, and promotional offers cannot be stacked or applied retroactively to previous purchases. Discounts do not apply to sale items or gift cards unless explicitly stated.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Barebones provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering material and workmanship defects under normal residential use and proper care. If a product is determined to be defective, we will repair, replace, or issue an equivalent item.

This warranty is voided if the product is abused, altered, improperly assembled/maintained, transferred to another owner, or used with incompatible third-party accessories. Warranty coverage expires two years from the original date of purchase.
