A: Yes, you can safely use real candles in the Hurricane Lantern as long as they are 4.5 inches or shorter in height. The lantern also includes a wax runoff feature that prevents any wax from dripping outside of the lantern, keeping your surroundings clean.

Q: Can I store the Hurricane Lantern & Flameless Candle outside for extended periods of time?
A: The Hurricane Lantern & Flameless Candle are not meant to be stored outside for long periods of time. Extended exposure to wet conditions may cause rust and unnecessary wear and tear. We recommend storing your product indoors after use to help it last as long as possible and to avoid the need to purchase a replacement.
