- Walnuts (or substitute with almonds or pine nuts), chopped
- Prosciutto

Instructions
- To prepare this delicious date dish, begin by filling a skillet with sliced dates. Next, stuff the dates with your choice of cheese: goat cheese, cream cheese, or Brie. Once stuffed, drizzle olive oil over the dates and sprinkle them with cracked pepper and salt. Place the skillet on low heat.
- While the skillet heats up, chop some fresh rosemary and walnuts (or your preferred nuts) and set them aside. Use the skillet lid to crisp up a few pieces of prosciutto. Once the prosciutto is crispy, set it aside.
- Add the chopped nuts and rosemary to the skillet, cover it, and cook for a few additional minutes until the nuts turn golden. Remove the skillet from heat, then drizzle the dates with honey and sprinkle the crisped prosciutto on top. Add a pinch of additional salt if desired.
- Serve the dish warm and enjoy near a cozy fire. For an extra special touch, pair this dish with a glass of wine and good company!
