Beacon Hanging Lantern Light

Our Barebones Beacon light comes with a smooth dimming feature that allows you to completely brighten your surroundings or simply set the mood. This portable light easily hangs with its carabiner top or stands on its sturdy base. The Beacon comes with a 30-inch cord for its rechargeable battery—which lasts 200+ hours on low or three hours on high. And thanks to a convenient battery life indicator, you'll never be left in the dark.

The Beacon’s classic and functional design was inspired by two durable and lasting pieces that came before it. Its body shape and protective casing is influenced by the design of traditional fisherman’s lantern, often called the onion lamp. These lanterns served as fishermen’s primary source of light, and aided the crew in staying the course through even the most tumultuous of elements. Offering another source of inspiration for its body shape and directly influencing the inclusion of the carabineer top is the traditional coal miners’ lamp. Anchored throughout mining tunnels, these lanterns served as miners’ guardians as they worked through dangerous environments. A nod to both designs, enhanced by Barebones’ signature beauty and durability principles, has shed a new beam on outdoor and exploration lighting.

Quality!

We love this light! The light itself is sturdy and well made. The light is bright and the design casts a beautiful mandala type pattern. We bought two more! Looking forward to the railroad lantern being back in stock so we can by that too!

Our favorite light ever! 🙌🌟🙌

This light has surpassed all expectations, truly. We have soooo many different lights but nothing compares to this. It’s gets way brighter than I would have ever expected. Kicks off as much light as our large vintage gas powered lantern and lasts a good amount of time. Love the usb charger and how it stows away. The caribiner makes it super versatile and, like all Bare Bones gear it’s so classy looking

Extraordinary light

This rechargeable light is great. It is versatile. We used it outside for a dinner, setting it on the table. It was used at the brightest setting and could have even dialed it down lower. I have two as presents to my sons.

Cool Hanging Lanterns but...

These lanterns look great tucked away in tree branches or just sitting on a picnic table. I like that they are individual lanterns and not strung together; allows for more creative uses. Only drawback is battery life. When the lanterns are on the lowest setting they do last a long while, but at max illumination not so much.

LOVE MY Lanterns

We just bought a small little mountain place and these are perfect! Plus my mini lights I can hook to my belt buckles when I walk the dogs at night since it gets dark so early on the east coast
