Based on historical vintage lighting, these three options give our best-selling lantern a warm, enchanting glow that enlivens the natural tone of the LED. Easily change the ambiance and atmosphere of any occasion. The 3mm thick glass prevents cracking and stays cool to the touch. Easy-to-follow instructions make it simple to swap out the glass or replace a lens that has accidentally cracked or chipped with use. Choose between Clear: the standard seeded glass; Amber: a deep orange-tinted clear glass, or Smoke: a wavy, natural color glass that slightly distorts the light when used.

Q: Can I replace the glass lens on my railroad lantern?
A: It is important to identify if the glass lens on your lantern can be replaced. Turn your lantern upside down to view the bottom. If a Barebones compass logo is printed on the bottom of the battery housing, your Railroad Lantern’s lens can be replaced. If the Barebones compass logo is not printed on the bottom of the battery cover, the lens on your version of the Railroad Lantern cannot be replaced. Please contact customer support if you have any questions.

    Love the amber color!

    I had the original clear glass with raindrops but it was broken while in my trailer. I bought this color and it’s actually easier on the eyes. Doesn’t quite blow me out like the clear did.
