Sometimes the simplest additions can change a recipe from basic to decadent with little effort. This Garlic Cream sauce comes together in less than 10 minutes. It's such a versatile sauce--try it over grilled chicken, linguine, steamed vegetables, or potatoes. Even leftovers can take on a new life with the addition of a rich, creamy sauce.
Keeping the heat even and low and whisking the sauce frequently as it comes together will prevent scorching on the bottom of the pan. Adding cayenne, crushed red pepper, or even hot sauce can kick it up a notch for those who like a little heat. Finish your sauce-topped dishes under the broiler with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for some bubbly, cheesy goodness that is hard to resist!
This garlic cream sauce recipe is an indulgent addition to an otherwise simple meal. Enjoy!
