Recipe by Chase Bardole
If your usual old fashioned recipe is feeling a little stale, try this variation from bartender Chase Bardole. Familiar yet complex, it makes everything old feel new again.

Ingredients
- 2 dashes fig & cinnamon bitters
- ¼ oz pure maple syrup
- ¼ oz Skip Rock Distillery Nocino walnut liqueur
- 1 oz Lairds apple brandy
- 1 ½ oz Rittenhouse Rye whiskey
Method
Stir all ingredients in a rocks glass. Add 3-5 large ice cubes. Garnish with fire-roasted cinnamon stick.
