    Barebones Railroad Lantern battery issue

    Battery failed after only being used two times in less than a year. I notified Barebones and after confirmation of my purchase receipt, a free replacement was sent. It now works fine and hopefully it was a one off on the failure of the battery.

    Replacement batteries

    So far the batteries are working well, we have had lots of rain so have not an opportunity to use them for too long to see how they hold up but so far so good.

    Outstanding customer support

    The battery died early in my Barebones Railroad Lantern. I contacted customer service to purchase another one, but as it was still under warranty, I was told they would ship me a new one at no charge! This company truly stands behind its products!
