Waxed canvas should never be dry cleaned or machine washed. It can be cleaned carefully by hand. Brush off the loose dirt, rinse the surface with cold water, gently scrub with a brush, then let air dry. If stains persist, use mild bar soap or saddle soap.

After cleaning, waxed canvas may need to be re-waxed. To do so, use a wax conditioner and apply following the manufacturer's instructions.

Q: Why waxed canvas?
A: Waxed canvas repels water and is durable and light, making it an ideal fabric for protecting your items. It wears and ages well, developing a unique patina.

Q: How do I charge the Vintage Flashlight?
A: To charge the Vintage Flashlight, gently pull the head of the flashlight up to expose the charging port. Plug the USB cable into the charging port and charge for approximately 3-4 hours or until the indicator turns green.

Q: How long will the battery last?
A: If you have the brightness turned up to high, it will last approximately 3 hours. If you have the lantern set to its dimmest, it will last 200+ hours.

Q: Can I store the Beacon Lantern outside for extended periods?
A: The Beacon Lantern is not meant to be stored outside for long periods. Extended exposure to wet conditions may cause rust and unnecessary wear and tear. We recommend storing your lantern indoors after use to help it last as long as possible and to avoid the need to purchase a replacement.
