Very satisfied with the quality of these gloves. We have a wood stove and have to daily empty the tray of ashes/hot coals/embers. These protect our arms as well as our hands -- and they're amazingly soft and comfortable.
And when I found the large size I'd ordered to be awkwardly large, I contacted customer service and was amazed at how quickly I was sent the smaller size gloves -- without even being asked to return the originals. As soon as I find someone with BIG hands who needs heat-resistant gloves, I'll be eager to pass the generosity forward.

Very solid build on these gloves; heat tolerance of the material is very good. We open fire cook with cast iron quite a bit, and these handle all the various fire tending and metal moving needed. Recommend. I did not experience the sizing issues that some folks mentioned.
